We are delighted to announce the release of Inglenook’s 2024 Olio Nuovo, our first pressing of the season, bottled fresh for a bold, verdant expression of our estate olive groves. 

This year, we unveil a new 500mL bottle, showcasing the silky texture and harmonious blend of Redding Picholine, Mission, and Arbequina olives. Limited in quantity, this exquisite oil is meant to be savored at its peak—drizzled over grilled vegetables, fresh pasta, or simply with warm bread.
