Founded in 1918, Benedetto Cavalieri Pasta is a family-owned company that prides itself on the longevity of its name’s reputation.

Cavalieri Pasta continues to follow a proprietary fabrication process from the 1800s that rests on a unique kneading method and an unusually long drying time that preserves maximum nutritional value.

We offer three types of Cavalieri Pasta: the elegant looking Spaghettoni; Lumache, meaning “snails” in Italian; and the spiral shaped Fusilli, always a favorite with children.
