Inglenook Estate Olive Oil

Pressed from olives grown on our estate, Inglenook Olive Oil is a blend of three varieties of olives – Redding Picholine, Mission, and Arbequina – that deliver silky oil with flavors that are both buttery and fruity.

The idea to produce an estate-made olive oil came from the discovery of a small grove of trees originally planted by Gustave Niebaum, which was then pruned, restored, and expanded with the addition of approximately four acres of trees.  We’re delighted that the old and new thrive together, producing fruit that is quickly processed by all natural means and bottled for your table.
